SahaTakip shows the position of machines and staff, rack locations and loading status live on a 3D model of your site. It works with location tags, dock sensors and cameras, and talks to your ERP. It is currently at the pilot installation stage.

Scope of the service
Position tracking
30 cm–3 m accuracy indoors with UWB tags, 10 cm outdoors with GNSS-RTK.
Location tracking
The rack bin where a pallet was picked up and put down, using a fork load sensor and mast height.
Dock and loading
Entry with licence plate recognition, dock assignment, loading progress, seal and exit; verification by barcode, RFID or AI cameras.
Safety alarms
Proximity, speed, impact and battery alerts; event log and reports.
Sizing and installation
A hardware list and budget from the site layout; standard fitting steps for each machine type.

About Site Tracking
Does it affect the warranty of electric forklifts?
The vehicle unit is connected through an isolated power converter; there is no permanent change to the vehicle's electrics. Manufacturer or dealer approval is obtained during discovery.
Does it work without Wi-Fi in the warehouse?
Yes. The location tags use their own infrastructure; access points needed for vehicle terminals are added to the sizing.
Where is the data stored?
By default on your own server or in a cloud in Türkiye; retention periods and access permissions are set together according to KVKK.
What does SahaTakip track?
Forklift and staff positions, rack locations, dock and loading status.
Can past movements be reviewed?
Yes, all movements can be replayed at the end of the day.
What is needed for installation?
A sizing is done for your site; hardware and installation are planned accordingly.
How do safety alarms work?
Alarm rules are set together for your site. When a defined rule is broken, a warning appears on screen and the relevant person is notified.
