Personal Data Protection Notice

This notice has been prepared by IKT BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİ VE DANIŞMANLIK LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("IKT Bilişim") as data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). It is an English translation of our Turkish notice; if the two differ, the Turkish version applies.

Personal data processed

The full name, company, e-mail address, phone number and message content you share when you contact us through the contact form, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp.

Purposes of processing

• Replying to your requests for information and quotes
• Scheduling meetings and providing services
• Communicating before and during a contract
• Meeting legal obligations

Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed under KVKK Article 5/2-c (directly related to entering into or performing a contract), Article 5/2-ç (fulfilling a legal obligation) and Article 5/2-f (our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms).

How data is collected

Data is collected electronically through the contact form on this website, e-mail, phone and WhatsApp. Information in the contact form is sent to IKT Bilişim through our e-mail delivery infrastructure.

Transfers

Your personal data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be transferred only to the business partners that provide our e-mail and hosting services, to the extent the service requires, and to authorised public authorities where the law requires.

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the retention periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose; to know the third parties it is transferred to; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and deletion or destruction when the conditions are met; to request that these actions be notified to the parties it was transferred to; to object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.

Job applications

The CV and application details you send through the careers page or by e-mail (full name, contact details, education and work experience, and other information in your CV) are processed only to evaluate your application and contact you, under KVKK Article 5/2-c (entering into a contract) and your consent. Applications are delivered through our e-mail infrastructure and are not shared with third parties. Your information is kept for the duration of the evaluation; you can ask for it to be deleted at any time by writing to info@iktbilisim.com. Please do not include special categories of personal data such as health, religion or association membership in your CV.

Cookies

On this website, Google Analytics cookies are used to see visit statistics only with your explicit consent; if you don't consent, these cookies are not set. This data is processed by Google LLC and may be transferred abroad. No advertising cookies are used. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of the page or in your browser settings.
